- Steve began his professional career in a family owned construction company which was forced to close in 1987, due to the death of his father. In 1988, he entered the financial services industry and began assisting his clients with their business continuity planning needs. As Steve's clients reach retirement age, the need to transfer their business ownership lead him into the ESOP market place. Steve has spent several years working with some of the leading providers in this market in order to further develop and diversify his practice.
